👋🏻 I'm Harold Ng - a software engineer and systems architect with deep experience in building scalable products from scratch.

Over the years, I've led the development of many projects, seeing them through every phase - from the drawing board, to the first commit, and through to long-term maintenance. I've collaborated with both development teams and business stakeholders, consistently turning complex requirements into reliable, user-focused solutions.

Armed with the experience of founding and growing multiple startups, I understand what it takes to deliver not just code, but real value and results. I've worn many hats - engineer, tech lead, product owner, and product manager - which gives me a holistic view of how products are built, scaled, and sustained.

With over 9 years of hands-on software engineering experience, I bring a combination of technical depth, clear communication, and an ability to bridge the gap between engineering and business.
